Destroyers OnLine is just a framework of HTML code on the Internet. The real
essence of the site is the history of the ships and their crews. On this page
we list those who are contributing their time, personal documents and knowledge.
If you have anything that you would like to contribute please just
send us email.
Names that are hyperlinked will pull up a page mostly by and about that person.
It could contain information on their years on the destroyers and possibly
photos...whatever they want to say on their "tin can days" and please note
that this is an opportunity for you to have your own "navy page." Feel free to
attach graphics to your email as well as text files, or just put whatever you
want to say into your email.

|
ALSO you will find many emails and contributions throughout DOL
in addition to the ones posted here.
Left to right: Benham DD796, O'Brien DD725, Wedderburn DD684 and Piedmont AD17 - Yokosuka, Japan Contributed by George English who says "The destroyer tenders are being left out. Their niche in history may belong with the tincans they supported." |
