I managed to make seaman before I left her in 1980. I have a few photos, including a crew shot that was taken in the Persian Gulf in 1979. I'm hoping that you'll get this message and reply if you would like copies of these photos. If you know anybody who served aboard during this period I would appreciate hearing from them.
