Talbot DEG 4 in Bath, ME. Went aboard Glover with BT-1 Rod Given, BT-2 John Spice, BT-2 Richard Haley and BT-2 Terry Rowe.

1968 - 1970 Allen, William "Bill" RD2 Couldn't believe the Glover page!! Ended up retiring July 1997. The Glover was really a good ship with (during the time I was on it) a GREAT crew, especially during the "yards" and Med Cruise! Would like to hear from anyone who was on her @ 1968-70.

I am a direct decendant of Gen. John Glover and was found by the Daughters of the American Revolution and invited by the Navy to attend the Christining Ceremony at Bathe Maine.
