   Gentlemen,

After many years searching for information about the Glover as AGDE-1, I came
   across your Web site.

I served aboard her as part of her commissioning crew. This included the
"pre-com. Detail" assembled at Newport, RI.

After she was released from Bath, ME, in early 65, the pre-com. crew was bussed
from Newport, RI to the Charlestown Navy shipyard.

I now live in the Boston South Shore area. When I have visitors who want to see
the U.S.S. Constitution, also docked in the now "Old Charlestown Navy Ship Yard",
   the sea story's start.

Hold onto your hats, the shipyard is now Condominium's and the dry dock the
Glover was first put into is now a Museum. The dry dock in Southe is gone. The
old "Fargo" building that was the regions HQ is now an office complex. The
Army/Navy South Station Annex is no more.

What method has been established for the old crew members to contact one
another? I would like to see some of Mike McCormack's pictures.
