This table is (my own - don't blame anyone else) table of kill ranges against the available German armour. For each gun it shows the likely maximum kill range for the various German AFV on the battlefield, when faced with the heaviest armour.

Please bear one thing in mind with this last table - to kill at high ranges you must:
  1. Be able to SEE the enemy
  2. Be able to HIT the enemy

Notes:
Data only known to 1,000m; probable that
only the 122mm and 152mm guns exceed
that range against Pz V/VI.
The 122mm HEAT round had low muzzle
velocity, so is probably not stable at ranges
greater than 1,000m anyway.
