Dragon fan sites

Alara's Stories and Information About Dragons. Highlights include Laurence Mee's stimulating "The Dragon as an Archetype" and a Dragon Top 10.

BoingDragon's Lair. The fun here are the delightful free web counters (an example one shown at right, but there are many variants), an art gallery (including a lot of old Amiga renderings and collectibles), downloads and other goodies. I also enjoy his fake headline generator ("Eating Pears Can Give You VD, Insist Ukranian Opticians.")

Dragon resources from Realm of Myth and Fantasy. Rich, functional, well-organized and graphically appealing site includes songs, poems, stories, books and a very large set of dragon links (over 300).

Drakaina: The Dragon's Lair. Omnigatherum including Draconic history: An Abreviated Version (with a dictionary), a Word Search game and the History of Fantasy, Mythology, and Legends web ring.

Dragonheart.com. Mike's dragon fansite. Includes Pics and Links. The site is something of a monument to mid-90s web design, frozen in time by the tragic death of its 38-year-old author in a car accident. Who knows what it, or he, would have become.

Rien's Dragon Lair includes a section on history and physiology and an extensive gallery of (uncredited) dragon art.

Lady Tiffany's Castle by Tiffany Hrach, has pages on Dragons and the Like (ie., relatives) and a collection of her dragon poems.

Dragonheart, "The place for all dragon lovers"

Dragonhame, home of a popular Inner Dragon Quiz, dragons in history and a good link list.

"Caladron's Nest" with an eight-page gallery.

Dragynzz Lair. Linda's dragon fansite, with pages on dragon stories, dragons in literature and movies, dragon links and a well-stocked gallery of fantasy images, and a page of her tattoos.

What kind of dragon are you?

The Inner Dragon Online Quiz by Wizard Greyth, from dragonhame.com.

quizilla.com: What Kind Of Dragon Are You?by TempestStarion.

The 100 point draconity corruption test by the Daring. A dragon "purity test." Yields a score. (I think it was made before the "you are a…" web genre.) Too many pages!

Discover Your Inner Dragon by teo592. Take the quiz and find your color. See the FAQs.

"No one has any right to copy words exactly, unless the writer gives them written permission. Period."Strictly speaking, this isn't quite true. I can, for example, quote these words as criticism under the doctrine of fair use, the same way a novel or movie review might do so.
