This map shows a view of Prokhorovka from Hill 228,4 - a distance of some 7Km. In the foreground is the
Oktyabriski State Farm, with the Komsommolets State Farm to the right, in the shadow of the hill. The
Belgorod-Kursk Railway line runs from bottom right, into Prokhorovka along the ridge line and on to the North East,
the far side of the town.
