Just to be clear about article submissions. The link on the home page reads Members Articles, there is no fee to be a member of this site. All it takes is an interest in the Russo Japanese War. So, if you submit an article, just visit the site, or drop an occasional e-mail to your humble webmaster consider yourself a member! In the future we plan on giving a certificate of appreciation or membership, to all who contribute. We just have to come up with a nice design so that it would be suitable for framing.
