Grades 6 - 8 "Women's Actions for Equality"

Throughout American history, women have struggled to gain legal, economic, political, and social equality.

This activity asks students to examine actions historical women have used in this struggle.

Students will also identify actions that they can take, as citizens in a democracy, to bring about change.
