Mission Statement

STEEL CHARIOTS is dedicated to promoting the history of Canadian armoured units, and the various armoured fighting vehicles with which they were equipped, during periods of both war and peace in the 20th Century.

Observation Post

July 19, 1998

It's been several months of inactivity on Steel Chariots for a variety of reasons. I've finally made the move to a new hosting sservice and this one should provide ample room for expansion in the future, as it gives me 50MB to play with. It also has no restrictions on the number of 'hits' on the page, unlike Sympatico, and that should alleviate any potential problems in that regard. While moving the site to its new address, I went through and updated all of the site maps on each page and corrected any minor glitches that might have frustrated viewers in the past. I trust you'll let me know if I missed any!
