26 South Main StreetBuilt circa 1833-40 and known for Joseph B. Wiggins, Tobacconist, who manufactured cigars in the two story southerly wing (left side of photo) between 1870 and 1900. Note high pitched gable roof, boxed wooden cornice with gutters, paired brackets and fence. This building received a 1990 Preservation Award in the category of "Building Whose Architectural Integrity Has Been Well Maintained".
