My Baggage being in Camden I have no Paper except Col. Turnbulls Cover -- I shall pass tomorrow & move according to your Lordships Meaning -- I have sent to Rugely's Mills -- Tomorrow I shall converse with Col. Turnbull a letter from whom I inclose I shall [advise?] him to garrison the Redout on this & the intended one on the other side with Troops & not Militia -- Your Lordship's Instruction relative to his Post, Forage, Cattle, Flour &c and my Movement I shall make known to him
