From the best authority am Convinced the Rebels are embo[d]ying at Ramsours Mills. in all probability intend moving their opperation towards this Quarter; I shall exert ev[ery] Faculty to discover their Diabolical plans, [a...on]¹ moving towards them with my militia. am Sorry to day I lack the Necessary Accountrements -- wish and shall endeavour a daily Correspondence with you.
