This is a cap band from the Spanish flagship at the Battle
of Manila Bay, the REINA CRISTINA.
The hat band is 1 1/4" high, with letters 3/4" high. The length is 33 1/2"
with a swallowtail cut at the ends. The letters are painted, not
woven.
