Jeff Leser
Jeff is a retired US Army lieutenant colonel with 22 years service. His branch was armor/cavalry. Jeff served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm as an operations officer for 3rd US Army (ARCENT) and was with 1st Armored Division in Bosnia as part of IFOR. Jeff served as the Deputy Commander of the 11th ACR (OPFOR Regiment) at the National Training Center (NTC). He has a BA
in History and a MS in Public Administration. Jeff has published several articles on the RJW in 'The Courier' and several professional articles on battle command in 'Military Review'. He has researched the RJW since high school and has about 100 titles in his library at home on the war. He has wargamed the RJW for about 15 years. Jeff is currently working as the Team Leader for the Simulation Team at the US Army's Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, KS. His team is responsible for finding, integrating and operating all the military simulations used by the four schools that form the college.
