The Overland Trail

Joe Rogers, the Lt. Governor of Colorado hurried back from the Republican National Convention in order to participate in this dedication event. Joe had just finished reading the Millennium Trail Resolution prepared by the White House Council on the Millennium, and is shown shaking hands with Frank Bales, noted historian from Denver and fomer member of the Eisenhower administration. Phil Walker, historian and author, is in yellow shirt.
