The Restoration of Congress Hall (pages 98-102)
From 1899-1913, a group of Philadelphia architects researched and restored Congress Hall in Independence Square. Their work is recorded in a report by Frank Miles Day, Chairman of the Sub-Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, in charge of the restoration.
