View of Main Street

A view of the intersection of Main Street and Delaware Avene, looking roughly at where the Pennington Presbyterian Church is currently located. The telephone pole, on the left-hand side of the photo, marks the corner of the intersection. The house on the corner is still there, but the porch has been removed.

The next building no longer exists and has been replaced by the open court yard of the Pennington Presbyterian Church. In the 1940s and 1950s, this was "Pop's", the place to get a great soda, custom mixed for you at the counter.

If you look real hard, you may be able to recognize the front of the Pennington Presbyterian Church, just south of Pop's.
