1st Battalion

Raised by Royal Warrant of 26 February 1915. Battalion at White City, London. To Sandown Park on 28.4.15. To Wellington Barracks on 4.6.15. Landed at Havre on 18.8.15 and joined 3rd Guards Brigade, Guards Division. 11.11.18 located at Mauberge, France.
