Sir,

I am trying to find out if there is a home page for the USS Phelps DD-360. My grandfather served aboard her in WWII, and I'd like to find out his service record as well as that of the ship. Any help in this endeavor would be a great help. Thanks for your time.

Ok! Thanks very much for your help! My Grandfather was quite salty; he served aboard the Phelps from Pearl to the end of the war. He had a '40's vintage silver dollar engraved with the names of every action he'd been in. I used to love looking at that thing. BTW, the Phelps was directly under one of the approach routes of the first wave of Japanese planes at Pearl, as it was berthed directly across from the Pennsylvania.

My grandfather served aboard her from Pearl Harbor to Just after Saipan.
If you could direct those inquiries about the Phelps to my site, I would be appreciative.
