Laid Down:      February 6, 1944
Launched:       July 16, 1944
Commissioned:   November 25, 1944
Decommissioned: Heavily damaged by Japanese Kamikaze aircraft 
                May 11, 1945 off Okinawa.  Decommissioned 
                December, 1945.
Fate:           Sold September 2, 1947 and broken up for scrap.
