Launched:       July 4, 1944
Commissioned:   October 28, 1944
Decommissioned: Completed as Minelayer DM-31, Reclassified MMD-31 
                January 1, 1969. Heavily damaged by Japanese Kamikaze 
                Aircraft June 6, 1945 off Okinawa. Decommissioned 
                September 28, 1945
Fate:           Broken up for scrap in 1946.
