Great Britain (United Kingdom)

CCS: These are close to current signage; with the silhouette of GB thrown in for all those tourists so they don't forget where they're at. Since GB's a reluctant European Union partner, I deliberately left out the EU symbol. I did cype the German autobahn symbol for one plate, though.

From Andrew Muck: My only problem with CC's signs were that the "state outline" he used did not include Northern Ireland or Isle of Man both part of the UK. So I took something far more recognizable than the shape of the island, the Union Jack and put it at the top of all the current signs and kept the motorway symbol on the bottom for the motorways, but for the A & B-roads, I added the flag of the respective country it goes through, ie: the English and Welsh flags on my signs. This I think would do a lot for local pride.

From Jedidiah: Why not use the Interstate Shields for all the Motorways and replace the word Interstate with Motorway and get rid of all the M## Routes like M25, M5, M40, etc. and replace the Ms with 12s like M5 = 1205 like the attachment I am going to show you but keep the UK Map on the shield.
