US 41 from Miami to Fort Myers, SR 80 from Fort Myers to East Fort Myers; SR 31 from East Fort Myers to Tucker's Corner; Tucker's Grade from Tucker's Corner to Tropical Gulf Acres; US 41 from Tropical Gulf Acres to Williston; Alt US 27 from Willston to Bronson, FL 339 from Broson to Trenton, FL 26 from Trenton to Old Town, US 19 from Old Town to Capps, US 27 from Capps to Havana; FL 12 from Havana to Quincy; US 90 from Quincy to the Alabama state line west of Beulah

Ferry from Palmetto to St. Petersburg, Alt US 19 from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs, US 19 from Tarpon Springs to Weeki Wachee, FL 50 from Weeki Wachee to Brooksville

Co-signed with Dixie Highway (west) and Tamiami Trail from Miami to Fort Myers; Tamiami Trail (again) from Tropical Gulf Acres to Palmetto; Dixie Highway (spur) from Clearwater to Williston; Tamiami Trail (yet agian) from Tampa to Williston; Dixie Highway (west) and St. Augustine Rd from Perry to Tallahassee; Old Spanish Trail from Chaires to Alabama state line west of Beulah; Bee Line Highway from Chaires to Cottondale
  2. This is a spur off the national trail, which officially ends in New Orleans
  3. End indefinite, Rand McNally shows Miami, another source says Ft. Myers.
