THE HUDSON LINE
This page will cover the Hudson Line from Tarrytown, NY to Peekskill, NY. Once the mainline of the New York Central, the Hudson Line is still very active with local and long distance trains. Freight service is minimal and usually operated at night to avoid interference with the passenger service.

North Croton-Harmon station. It was no longer in use.
The main freight yard along the Hudson Division was located here and was rather busy up until the General Motors plant at Tarrytown shut down a few years ago. That RDC car with the orange stripes may be an old Reading car.
