Scene: an LSP 5.5". Location alleged to be in the central North Island.

A certain gun was awaiting the order to fire (was FBO in those distant days). The No 1, becoming a little impatient, reported to the Tp Comd Post (yes we had things like that in those days)
GUN LOADED .....GUN HOT ....CORDITE BURNING BRIGHTLY............
