Murray Connor is remembered by a wide circle of Gunners as a grand mess mate and an officer who maintained a standard of duty which was of benefit to the Regiment. Notable overseas postings included 16 Field Regiment, Korea, and as BK 161 Bty, Vietnam, when Don Kenning was BC, and at home, as Adjt 4 Med Regt. June 2000
