Overland Trail Certificate
Frank Bales, Denver historian, reading the certificate from the White House Council on the Millennium designating the Overland Trail as an official Millennium Trail. This certificate was accepted by Elizabeth Lawrence, who has done extensive research on the Overland Trail, in behalf of the Larimer County Historic Alliance.
