Back in the good ol' days, kids wouldn't come home from school and watch TV. They listened to their favorite kids' radio adventure shows instead. Today, those old radio programs are classified as "juvenile adventure" shows, and are frequently 15- or 30- minute serialized episodes, where the hero is left in a precarious predicament at the end of each episode.
