Wyantenock State Forest (northeast section of the town of Kent and the northwest part of the town of Warren)

Kent and Warren, Warren, Litchfield County, Connecticut

The Forest spills out to the west into the town of Kent.

The Trail starts at Kent Falls State Park.  The northeast corner of Wyantenock State Forest is just east of Kent Falls State Park.  From here one would work his way down southeast into the main body of  Wyantenock State Forest.
