Allen S. Hurlburt Preserve
Flag Swamp Road, Roxbury, Litchfield County, Connecticut

Directions:

From the junction of Falls Road and South Street in Roxbury, turn left; drive 0.7 of a mile and turn right onto Flag Swamp Road; drive 0.9 of a mile and turn right into a small parking area.  The sign for the Preserve is on the left side of the road. 

History:

Allen S. Hurlebet (1876 - 1964) was the first Selectman in Roxbury.  He served for 29 years.
