History:

Anthony P. Grassi, of Wilton, Connecticut, is the retired chief financial and administrative officer of First Boston, Incorporated and former chairman of the First Boston Corporation's investment banking and management committees. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He is vice chairman of the Board of Governors of The Nature Conservancy, and on the Board of The Nature Conservancy's Connecticut Chapter. In addition, he is active in local organizations such as the Wilton Land Conservation Trust, the Wilton Conservation Commission, the Wilton Pony Club, and The New Canaan Country School.
