Sugar Street (Route 302), Newtown, Fairfield County, Connecticut

Directions:

Saw Mill Parkway north to US 684 north to US 84 east; get off at exit 8; turn left at the light and get on Route 6 heading east.  Go from Danbury to Bethel and into Newtown.  Turn right onto Taunton Lane; turn right onto Taunton Hill Road; turn right onto Birch Hill Road; turn left onto Dodgingtown Road; turn right onto Sugar Street (Route 302); the Preserve is on the right side of the road at the southeastern intersection with Key Rock Road. 

History:

1960  --  the preserve dedicated.
