Note from Tom Ebersold, AMC Hike Leader:

There is trail leading from Trumbull High School down to Twin Brooks Park through Beach Memorial Park. They are not going to check a person
for ID, just your car. You could park at Trumbull High School. I found the trails to be poorly marked, but that was years ago.
