US-95 north to Exit 35; turn right onto High Ridge Road (Route 137);  turn left onto Vine Road; at the T-intersection, turn right onto Newfield Avenue; turn left onto Francis Avenue; turn right onto Upland Road; turn right onto the one-way Burdick Street; about half-way down the street turn right into the parking area for the park on the left.
