Trails:

9/26/2005.  On an overcast day, due the the influence of Hurricane Rita, with a bit of driving around, Cefe Santana, dog Sonar and I parked by the gate on the right side of West Wind Road.  We walked on a wide woods path for about 75 yards or so to the memorial garden itself.  The garden is fairly large with lots of lawn, scattered planted trees, a marshy area with cattails, and some herbaceous plantings.  We looked for a small trail through the woods area, but did not find one.  So after looking over the trees and the marsh in the garden, we walked back to the car.  Dr. Patrick L. Cooney.
