Pictures of Route 14

Southbound side, bridge over Stephan Creek in Estell Manor.   This bridge appears to have fallen into a million pieces and epoxied back together.   At least they preserved it.  There are actually 2 separate bridges on this side of the road.  We had to come back here to get a better picture.  Photo taken 8/5/2001

Same side, showing the date stamp (1926).  This is the only fully-visible trace of the Route 14 markings we were able to find.   Strangley enough, the bridges on the other side of the road - obscured by barricades - are dated 1922.   Photo taken 8/5/2001

Heading south on Old Route 14 toward the terminus at Cape May. This road is now called NJ 50.   Photo taken 9/1/2000
