An interesting detail of this manuscript is that occasionally it is possible to see the small letter inked faintly on the page for the benefit of the specialist craftsman doing the coloured initials. In this section a tiny o can be seen inside the large O of Omnem in the 7th line. This is the upper section of the recto.
You may find some minor differences of spelling, and even the odd altered word, when comparing this against a printed Vulgate text, but those are just the vagaries of the manuscript tradition.
