'der Weltkrieg im Bild'

a Post-War Publication

'Der Weltkrieg im Bild' (the World War Illustrated) was a post-war publication, printed as an illustrated supplement to the 'Bayerischen Krieger-Zeitung'. This newspaper was the official organ of the 'Bayerischen Kriegerbundes' (Bavarian Veterans Organisation). The magazine itself was an eight-page publication, each page containing nothing but photographs, chosen on a single theme of interest to German war-veterans.
