'Daheim'

a German Family Magazine

'Daheim' (At Home) was a weekly German family magazine. Like most publications during the war in both Allied and Central Powers countries, it devoted a large proportion of its contents to war news. As the war wore on into 1917 war-news content dropped considerably. In the early years however 'Daheim' published a varied, if somewhat reassuring and bland amount of articles and photos related to the conflict. Printing quality and paper was excellent, though once again as the war wore on quality suffered and the magazine was downsized.
