Staff photos for years 1959, 1960, 1961 have been donated Dave Reisig. The photos were in terrible condition. Lee Donehower has done a remarkable job of restoring the photos for the website. Dave Reisig was the Pahaquarra camp business manager in 1959, replacing long time former director Vince Hanft in 1960 as camp director. John Meyer replaced Dave Reising in 1962 and continued as director for several years.
Lennie Rue, camp ranger for many years, took the staff photos. He maintained a darkroom in one of the buildings at Pahaquarra which happened to be above his dwelling, He generally took the staff photographs at the beginning of the season and sold copies to the staff. I remember a cost of $1.00 (David Paterson}
