A complete camping facility suitable for your summer camping experience, where camp staff, unit leaders and scouts work together to learn the best that Scouting can offer in developing better units, qualified scouters, and skillful, self-reliant boys and young men. The camp is located on the edge of Stokes State Forest, in Sandyston Township, New Jersey within hiking distance of the Appalachian Trail. KMSR has over 500 acres, including a 60 acre lake, and is close to the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and the Appalachian Trail.

Camp is closed
Please note the camp is closed, there is NO camping available at KMSR. The usual summer program was halted around year 2010. The camp remained open for use by small groups until around 2012 and was formally closed at the end of 2013. Currently there are discussions with the State of New Jersy about the future of the camp.
