You may also want to see about tracking down a book called Rebellion
in America by David H. Murdoch, Ed. (Santa Barbara: Cleo Books,
1979). Murdoch reprints everything in the Annual Register which
concerns the American War, and the quality is generally much better
than one gets xeroxing from the original source. The drawback is that
he doesn't keep the original pagination. But for transcribing from,
it's a lot easier on the eyes than the Xeroxes one can get off the
microfilms.
