How to print pages from the project...
We are working on creating different stylesheets for the screen-version and the printed version of the project (We have realised this already in the 2005 version of the Outline of American History), but it will take some time before we have updated the whole project. In the meantime printing pages from this project can be a problem if you use Internet Explorer. In Netscape the scaling of the page for printing purposes works correctly, but in Internet Explorer you will have to make some changes to the page-setup. Go to the file-menu and pick the option Page-setup. Set the left-margin to 3.43 and the right-margin to 3.39. Now click the OK-button. Go to the print-preview option and check if you see the complete lines on the screen. If you have not changed the margins correctly, parts of the end of each line will be lost. If you do not want the whole navigation setup of the project also in your prints, make a block of the text, copy it, and then open a wordprocessor and paste the text to an empty document. Print the text from your word-processor
