Subject: Hi Mark Hi Mark, I have been looking for a way to get a list of names of the shipmates that served on the U.S.S Knox (FF-1052). Can you help me in any way to obtain it. I want to hold a reunion here in Rapid City, SO. DAK. on August 23 - thru - 26, 2001. I have a lady here at this end that is going to help me get the tours lined up (and they are going to be good ones). I have been busy going around to all the hotels getting info on the meals, room rates, etc... If you can help in any way to get me a list of names from 1969 (PRE-COMM DETAIL) to when it was decommissioned in 1992. Thanks for any help you can give me. I have already contacted the NATIONAL ARCHIVES for two of the years 1969 and 1970, but they said that because of switching over the Social Security numbers for a service number, then they couldn't do that.
