• Roy's Cafe, Route 66, Amboy, California - the crustiest, dustiest stop on old US 66, pride of Amboy, CA and star of television commercials.
• Stuck on Stuckey's - This chain of stores used to be at practically every exit off the interstate. They offered gas (usually Texaco), freshly cooked food, novelties, and pecan logs. Bob Cara's site focuses on the glory years of the 1960's, with a list of the 350 + original locations and other memorabilia
• Stuckey's is back in Stuckey family hands and has it's own site up now. It shows active locations: both the old (less than 75 left) and the new (over 125 and growing), where you can satisfy your craving for the most delectable pecan items and pick up the finest in touristy kitsch
• 101 Cafe - Oceanside, California's Oldest Restaraunt - on Historic US 101
• The Desert Inn Restaraunt of Yeehaw Junction, Florida - Drop in and see a historic landmark.
