Eastern National Park to Park Highway

Like the National Park to Park Highway, its western counterpart, the Eastern National Park to Park Highway connected several national parks along a circuitous route. The only information I have lists only the parks along the route, not the cities, so I can't determine an exact routing at this point.

Parks along route:

Kentucky: Mammoth Cave
Virginia: Shenandoah
North Carolina/Tennessee: Great Smoky Mountains
