PENN CENTRAL
This page will cover the Wilmington, Delaware shop area. This was the main shop for the electric engines, more commonly called motors. Amtrak now owns and operates it for their motors.

Following the termination of electrified freight service by Conrail, some of the E44's were purchased by Amtrak and New Jersey Transit. Their careers with both were short-lived.
