The $2 toll on SPUR 97/Intl Pkwy is for thru traffic. If the time between entering and exiting is between 8 and 30 minutes, you are assumed to have gone to the airport and don't have to pay. If it is over 30 minutes, you pay for parking, which may be more than $2.
