Pennsylvania Highways

As many of you know, Pennsylvania's highways WERE the worst in the country. That's right, you read that correctly, I said were the worst.  The latest survey from Overdrive magazine, who bestowed the Commonwealth with that title from 1990 to 1998, ranks Pennsylvania as second worst behind Arkansas.  This page will go into detail on some of the highways that help Pennsylvania earn the title of "Second Worst Roads."  Read about the latest survey from the January 2004 issue.
